On the left side of your screen, click on the + sign and slide over and click on Hyperlink
When the image appears in your Work Space, right-click on it and type in the URL you wish to go to. Maybe you are making a project about an election in Canada. You could, for example, create a hyperlink to the CBC web site.
Simply clicking once on the image will take you to the Web Site you selected.
